Fluor Corporation is a global engineering and construction company based in Irving, Texas, with 40,000 employees delivering safe, efficient projects worldwide. 

Fluor’s Houston office—home to approximately 1,300 employees and the base for its Energy Solutions business—has been located at the Sugar Land campus since the mid-1970s. The company is now relocating to the heart of Houston’s Energy Corridor, strategically positioning itself closer to key clients and top industry talent. 

Fluor’s vision was clear: create a modern, flexible, collaborative workplace that reflects the evolving needs of its workforce and supports future growth. The company aimed to optimize its real estate footprint while fostering a dynamic environment that attracts and retains talent.
